Refund & Cancellation Policy
Custom Written Service
A Single Written Aethereum Dream Mapping is a custom written service based on the dream material submitted through the Dream Mapping form.

Because each mapping is prepared specifically for the submitted dream, completed Dream Mappings are not refundable.

Cancellations Before Work Begins
You may request a cancellation and refund before work on the Dream Mapping has begun.

To request cancellation, contact me as soon as possible at:

If work has not begun, your payment will be refunded.

After Work Has Begun
Once the Dream Mapping process has begun, cancellations are no longer available.
This includes reading, reviewing, clarifying, analyzing, drafting, or preparing the written mapping.

Completed Dream Mappings
Completed Dream Mappings are not refundable.
A completed mapping means the written Dream Mapping has been prepared and delivered to the email address provided at submission.

Clarification Questions
If a detail in the dream is unclear, I may contact you before completing the mapping.
These questions are used only to clarify the dream material itself, such as whether a person, place, or object is known in waking life, unfamiliar, altered, or only understood inside the dream.
Clarification questions are not requests for life history, waking-life interpretation, or personal theories about what the dream means.

Outside Scope Submissions
If a submitted dream is outside the scope of Dream Mapping, I may decline the submission and issue a refund.
Examples may include submissions that are not dream material, submissions requiring crisis support, submissions seeking therapy or diagnosis, or submissions that rely primarily on waking-life context rather than the dream itself.

Payment Errors or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once, please contact me at:

Payment errors and duplicate charges will be reviewed and corrected where applicable.

Delivery
Dream Mappings are delivered by email within 5-7 business days after payment is received, unless clarification is needed before the mapping can be completed.

If clarification is needed, the delivery period begins once the necessary clarification has been received.
